CoffeePals allows organizations to match up to 24 people for free in a single team!

What's included on the Starter Plan



On the Starter Plan, you can match up to 24 users in pairs on one team. Matches are sent every week on Tuesdays at 10AM. You can configure the timezone in the team settings to match the timezone your team is in.

On the Starter Plan, you can also use CoffeeMaker with up to 24 users.

If my team has more than 24 people in it, what happens?



If your team or organization has more than 24 people, we will continue to match the first 24 people who joined the team. With more than 24 users, we will disable CoffeeMaker after 3 questions are posted.

Can I change the group size to more than 2?



The Starter Plan only includes pairs of two. You can start a free trial to our Pro Plan to start matching in groups of 3-5.

Can I change the match day or frequency?



On the Starter Plan, you can only match every week on Tuesdays at 10AM. You can edit your time zone in the team settings. To change the match day, time and frequency from 1-4 weeks, upgrade to the Pro Plan.

Can I see analytics of how my team is matching?



Yes, you can see how many matches are occurring over time, how connected your team is and how many CoffeeMaker topics have taken place. If you want to see if users have reported meeting, you will need to upgrade to our Pro Plan.

Someone in my Microsoft Teams tenant already has a CoffeePals team on the Starter Plan. Can I create a second one?



On the Starter Plan, you can only have one matching team. Your team can start a free trial on a new billing account with no credit card required. Access the billing page in the dashboard to get started.
