To access the dashboard, send a personal message to the CoffeePals app in Microsoft Teams with the command "Dashboard". This will send you a login link to the dashboard.

What can I do in the dashboard?
The dashboard is where you can manage your CoffeePals teams and get insights on how your team is connecting. In the dashboard, you will see the following menus:

Dashboard: These are the combined matching statistics of all the teams in your organization.
Team Settings: Manage each team that has CoffeePals installed.
Organization Settings: Make changes to the organization name and Profile Icon.
Personal Settings: Change your name and profile picture.
Billing: Manage your billing account settings.
Logout

Who can access the dashboard?

Anyone in your organization can access the dashboard. We use a passwordless, secure login link to authenticate your CoffeePals account. This automatically syncs with your Microsoft Teams account and allows you to log in directly from the app in Teams.

Are there administrative permissions?
Anyone in the organization can access the dashboard. There are granular permissions for both the teams and the billing accounts.

Teams
Teams have their own permission system. This allows anyone in your organization to create their own and manage it. Once a user adds the CoffeePals app to a team, they become the team owner. Team owners can add additional admins to manage the team. These team admins can:

Manage the match settings.
Make changes to the coffeemaker settings.
Manage users within the team.
View the match history.
Add additional admins or change the owner.

Billing Accounts
Billing accounts also have a permission system. Once a user creates a billing account, they become the owner. They can invite other admins to manage the billing account. Admins can:

Change a subscription plan.
Edit the payment details.
Add and remove teams from the account.
View the payment history and invoices.
